• start work on business plan (Luke & Faith)
  • figure out how to become a nonprofit - (Wjodon can help. Knows NPO pros, visiting HacDC 5/14 and can inquire about their process)
• continue looking at possible locations
• continue generating interest
  • send out more invites to Facebook group
• start sending out email updates to mailing list
• start establishing specific roles among core startup group
• continue brainstorming funding options
  • membership levels (basic, premium, etc.)
  • joining fee
  • get VCU on board?
  • class fees
  • grants? (talk to Dr. Gulla - Clint)
  • sponsorship?
• start generating list of classes that we could teach
• start generating list of classes that we want to take
• start generating equipment wishlist
• finish logo design (Faith)
• begin work on a flyer/poster (Faith)
• teach Faith how to format her wiki edits so she doesn't get as frustrated as she did trying to write this stupid list
