Picture Frame Media PC

Inspired by this instructable, I want to build one of these, but extend it into a full wall mounted media center PC, using a Linux media center, such as LinuxMCE, capable of playing at least 720p video, based off a mini-ITX board, for less than $250 (Salvage parts acceptable). Mostly for a bedside computing/ video solution that doesn't look like a computer.
